Current form status
The enquiry form collects name or salutation, contact method, goal, current stage, regions, timeline, focus areas and additional context, and stores them in the local MySQL contact_leads table.
This page explains the data boundary of the enquiry form: basic contact information is stored in the local database for manual follow-up, with no third-party platform connected. If the service entity, processing method or handling channel changes, this page will be updated accordingly.

The current setup does not connect CRM, WeCom, marketing email, external webhooks or third-party support systems. Submissions are reviewed by logged-in admin staff for manual follow-up.
Data is used only for enquiry communication, service fit assessment, manual contact, quotation and customer support. It should not be sold to unrelated third parties or used for unrelated marketing.
The enquiry form is only for initial contact. It should not receive identity documents, bank statements, tax files, contracts, equity documents, passwords, verification codes or bank cards.
Enquiries receive a local retention date. If a client requests deletion or no further contact, admins can mark the deletion request and record the reason. Retention period and handling channels follow the public page version and actual service communication.
